1. Ownership of Content

All content available on the Susuro website (https://susuro.co), including but not limited to text, product descriptions, photographs, images, graphics, designs, patterns, videos, logos, icons, page layout, software, and their selection and arrangement (collectively, "Site Content"), is the exclusive property of Susuro and its subsidiaries, affiliates, or licensors. All Site Content is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

The Susuro name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Susuro or its affiliates or licensors. You may not use such marks without the prior written permission of Susuro. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Site are the trademarks of their respective owners.

2. Limited License

Subject to your compliance with these terms, Susuro grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only. This license does not include the right to:

  • Modify, copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post, transmit, or sell any Site Content, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission;
  • Use any data mining, robots, scraping, or similar data gathering or extraction methods on the Site or any Site Content;
  • Frame, mirror, or incorporate any part of the Site into any other website or application without prior written authorization;
  • Use the Site or Site Content for any commercial purpose or for the benefit of any third party;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology underlying the Site.

Any unauthorized use of Site Content may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties.

3. User-Generated Content

By submitting, posting, or otherwise making available any content through the Site—including but not limited to product reviews, photographs, comments, and social media content (collectively, "User Content")—you grant Susuro a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such User Content in any media or distribution method now known or later developed, with or without attribution.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or otherwise control all rights in and to your User Content;
  • Your User Content does not infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or any other legal rights of any third party;
  • Your User Content does not contain any material that is defamatory, obscene, unlawful, threatening, or otherwise objectionable.

Susuro reserves the right to remove or modify any User Content at its sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason.

4. Copyright Infringement — DMCA Notice and Takedown Procedure

Susuro respects the intellectual property of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), Susuro will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed through the use of our Site.

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used or copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on or through the Site, please notify our designated Copyright Agent with the following information:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
  2. A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed;
  3. A description of where the allegedly infringing material is located on the Site, with sufficient detail to enable us to locate it;
  4. Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, Susuro will take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material. Susuro may also, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

5. Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted on the Site was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Copyright Agent containing the following information:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature;
  2. A description of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled;
  3. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material;
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Susuro may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification under the DMCA or an agent of such person.

6. Trademark Claims

If you believe that any content on the Site infringes your trademark rights, please contact us at susuro@jybhz.com with a detailed description of the alleged infringement. Susuro will review your claim and take appropriate action.

7. Third-Party Intellectual Property

Certain content on the Site may include materials from third parties. Susuro does not claim ownership over third-party trademarks, service marks, or other intellectual property displayed on the Site. Such marks remain the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification purposes.

8. No Implied License

Nothing in these terms shall be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any intellectual property owned or controlled by Susuro, except as expressly set forth herein.

9. Enforcement

Susuro reserves the right to take any action it deems necessary to enforce its intellectual property rights, including but not limited to seeking injunctive relief, monetary damages, and attorney's fees in any court of competent jurisdiction.
