10.6 Response Timeframes for U.S. Privacy Requests

When we receive a verifiable consumer request, we will:

         Respond to your request within 45 days of receipt

         Notify you if we require an extension of up to an additional 45 days, along with the reason for the delay

We are not required to respond to requests more than twice in a 12-month period. We will not charge a fee for reasonable requests but reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee for excessive or repetitive requests.

10.7 Right to Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights. This means we will not:

10.8 Sensitive Personal Information

SUSURO does not intentionally collect Sensitive Personal Information as defined under the CCPA/CPRA, which includes information such as social security numbers, precise geolocation, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, biometric data, health data, or information about sexual orientation.

Body measurements and fit preferences that you voluntarily provide when using our size guide tools are used solely to assist with product recommendations and are not treated as sensitive health data. We ask that you do not submit sensitive personal information to us through our website or services.

If we inadvertently receive sensitive personal information, we will handle it in accordance with applicable law and delete it as soon as reasonably practicable.

10.9 Children’s Privacy and COPPA

Our website and services are not directed to children. In compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. As a matter of additional caution, we have set our minimum age threshold at 16.

If you are between 13 and 15 years old, please do not use our services without the involvement of a parent or guardian.
