At Susuro, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. We want you to find the fit that feels right, which is why we offer free exchanges on eligible items within 60 days of delivery — including international orders.
We accept eligible returns and exchanges within 60 days of delivery.

Exchanges
• Exchanges are free
• Eligible items may be exchanged for a different size, color, or style
• Once your return is received and inspected, your exchange will be processed and shipped within 1–2 business days
Refunds
• Returns for refund are accepted within 60 days of delivery
• A $6 processing fee will be deducted from the refund
Store Credit
• If you choose store credit instead of a refund, the $6 processing fee is waived
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• Unaltered
• In original condition
• With all original tags attached
• In original packaging, where applicable
• With all hygiene seals, liners, and protective strips intact, where applicable
Items that are worn, washed, stained, damaged, or missing tags or hygiene protection may not be accepted.
Hygiene-Sensitive Items
For hygiene reasons, intimate or close-contact items may only be returned or exchanged if they are unworn and all hygiene protection remains fully intact.
Final Sale Items
Items marked Final Sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Shipping Responsibility
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
International Returns & Exchanges
Eligible international orders may be returned or exchanged within 60 days of delivery. Exchanges are free; returns for refund are subject to the $6 processing fee, which is waived if store credit is selected.
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Return shipping fees will not be provided or reimbursed by Susuro, and will not be deducted from your refund. Refunds for international orders will be processed in USD at the exchange rate applicable at the time the return is received. Original shipping charges, duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Once your return is received and inspected, your exchange will be processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at returns@susuro.co as soon as possible. No fees apply in these cases.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, please email returns@susuro.co with your order number and request details. Our team will reply with instructions, including the return shipping address.
Refund Timing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund, exchange, or store credit has been approved.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, less the $6 processing fee. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
