Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier operations, weather, holidays, or other unforeseen delays.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after being placed.
Order Cutoff Time: To be counted as placed on the current business day, orders must be submitted by 7:00 PM ET (New York time). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer than usual.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after the carrier has received the package. If your tracking has not updated after 5 business days, please contact our support team.
Order Changes & Cancellations
We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. Once your order has begun processing, we are unable to make changes or cancel it, including modifications to the shipping address, items, or quantities.
If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible at susuro@jybhz.com and we will do our best to help before your order enters processing. If your order has already shipped, please wait to receive it and reach out to us to arrange a return or exchange.
Delivery Delays
While we do our best to ensure your order arrives within the estimated timeframe, shipping delays may occasionally occur due to:
- carrier issues
- severe weather
- holidays
- high order volume
- incorrect or incomplete shipping information
Susuro is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside of our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.
PO Box & Military Addresses
We are currently unable to ship to PO Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO). Our carrier requires a valid physical street address to complete delivery. Please ensure a correct street address is entered at checkout.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Susuro is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly and reach out to our customer support team for further assistance. We will work with you to investigate and find a resolution.
